Note on Sex education
Our aims are to:
- develop feelings of personal worth and dignity
- clarify values held
- recognise responsible attitudes and behaviour
- resist peer group and social pressures
- understand and be sensitive to the life styles and beliefs of others
Parents/carers may withdraw their daughter from sex education, except where the National Curriculum is being taught, for example in Year 7 Science lessons. Please write to the Headteacher if this is your wish.
