Clubs

We offer an enormous range of extra-curricular clubs and societies at lunchtimes and after school. All subjects of the curriculum arrange actvities where girls might extend and develop their interest in their subjects or may have access to extra help and advice. In addition, there are clubs which allow girls to share a special interest - such as public speaking, chess, singing or music.

Each year, girls take part in day trips to places of interest and there are visits to France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium and Greece.

Teachers also organise visits in support of their subject for fieldwork and investigations.

We regard these visits as a very important part of a girl's development - both academic and social - and see them as an essential part of what we offer at Connaught.
